**Job Summary:**

The Web/Mobile Developer role is an exciting career opportunity to be in a key technical role in the Web, E-Commerce, and CRM landscape at Greenlee, including assessing business needs and implementing new capabilities. This role will also be responsible for providing technical support for web/mobile, eCommerce, and CRM environments, including system administration. The person in this position will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure that projects are effectively resourced, designed, implemented, and supported.


+ Lead and participate in projects as a key technical resource that may include solution design, solution development, quality assurance, problem and issue resolution, and implementation.

+ Work closely with both internal customers and team members, including both onshore and offshore.

+ Provide web/mobile, eCommerce, and CRM system and application administration.

+ Work with all levels of the organization in establishing strategies, approaches and project plans that support Greenlee's business objectives.

+ Engage with enterprise risk management resources to ensure Greenlee is maintaining compliance with policies on related applications and change control processes.

+ Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive marketplace that Greenlee is in, married with an understanding of the current and emerging web/ mobile and e-commerce technologies and practices, to recommend processes, technologies, and solutions that will advance Greenlee's market position.

+ Support legacy tools as needed.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology field, or equivalent experience.

+ 1-2 years relevant experience in the IT environment with demonstrated ability to work with diverse technologies.

+ Experience with SQL, particularly around database creation and writing queries.

+ Experience with either back-end (e.g. Java, .NET, Node.js), front-end (e.g. HTML/CSS, jQuery), or mobile (e.g. Swift, Android SDK, Xamarin) development.

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with peers, management, and customers within the organization, including both IT and non-IT groups.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

+ Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to balance multiple competing project/task efforts.

+ Ability to continue acquiring new technical skills in support of web/mobile and eCommerce as they become available.

+ Experience with development for a CMS platform (e.g. Drupal, SharePoint) a plus.

+ Experience with development related to CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce) a plus.

+ Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento) a plus.

+ Experience with marketing automation or SEO tools a plus.
